Amati UK will produce your year end statutory company accounts on a fixed fee basis and file them with Companies House. We are also happy to produce interim management accounts and assist with in-house accountancy functions, dealing with the more complicated day to day issues that can trouble your bookkeeper. Amati UK will also prepare your statutory corporation tax return and computation and file it, together with your company accounts, with HMRC, and deal with related correspondence.

Amati UK was formed in 2005 by violinist Jane MacArthur MSc PhD FCA DipABRSM to provide accountancy and tax services to individuals, small and medium sized businesses. Amati UK clients include several limited companies, musical charities, and many self employed individuals. Amati UK understands and specialises in accounts and personal tax services for musicians, actors, dancers, photographers and creative businesses. Amati UK is also the accountant for the National Youth String Orchestra.
Jane MacArthur qualified as a Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, after completing her training with a top 40 practice in Norfolk. She is very experienced in dealing with the full range of small business and individual accounting and tax needs. She graduated from the University of Nottingham with a BSc degree in Mathematics and University College London with an MSc in Planetary Science. Jane combines the day to day work of Amati UK with a diary of freelance playing. She passed the diploma of the ABRSM in violin performance, and has played with Opéra de Baugé, the Orchestra of India in Mumbai and toured China with the Amadeus Orchestra.
